Interesting morning at our friends Eversheds – always top quality presenters, this time Phil Crosbie and David Shorrock, ex HSE. Time to pause and reflect on “reasonably practicable” – our take is to do all we can to make we have the right culture – Proud to Work Safe - and to hear that the much-resented Fee for Intervention may be making its way into local councils and the EHO community – another ready source of fee income …how many kitchens would escape without some Opportunity for Improvement??
