We’re clearly still here and growing – 130 employees in our different locations – but if we are to have the rock solid foundations we need for the next stage of our ambitions, we need rock solid finances and processes ; genuinely thrilled to have relieved JLL of Tanya Travers and have her join the others on the BHAG plans…welcome aboard, strap in for the ride !

And our first cohort of trainees - the keen half-dozen...

The chance to mix classroom stuff – sorry guys, it’s just vital – with technical hands-on instruction and on-the-job training – and we believe, the very best training programmes in the industry. Because you don’t stop when you get to Improver – TIES : Training> Improver> Engineer>Senior – followed by our Management Training suite – or our Coaching Programme; before we take on six newbies and send them one, we want to make sure their guides and mentors in the field – every trainee has one – has had the insights and briefing to equip them to look after and develop their charges. Really proud of that – thankyou Cara, Laurie and Paul.
