Teams - hugely competitive

Just back from monthly visit to Team Gulf – catching up with George, James & the guys in Dubai and meeting new members of the crew, visiting Adam and seeing project progress on site in Qatar – hugely impressive Al Hazm mall - with two more to come over the next few months – Festival City and the Mall of Qatar. This is going to be shopping world central…

And a flying visit into Amman in Jordan with George to carry out training for the local maintenance team on changing burners on a Chinese cooker – and training the Chefs on keeping them clean. Another extraordinary Middle Eastern country – sadly decimated by hosting the locally displaced refugees – 3 million in a country of 10 million. Millennia of culture and civilization – already old two thousand years ago.

And I find it a huge endorsement of our standing and our team that we be asked to troubleshoot around the Middle East - "just get on a plane and go and sort it out". Very proud of the trust and confidence our people have built.

And great to see the teams building – on the great foundations from Armin, Jovanni, Raymond and Norgie – thankyou the founders.
